I am planning a honeymoon with my future wife and we have around $2000 to spend on our honeymoon. We would like to get out of the continental US and be as secluded as possible. Thanks in advance everyone for the answers!

Hmm, i’m pretty sure now isnt the best time since prices are extremely high.. plus, 2k isnt really enough for the honeymoon of your dreams really. I would say Hawaii [where i live], but thats like a lot of money O_O The best island for romance is probably Kauai.
Check things like Priceline and Hotwire. Places are always giving out deals, especially now.
Buy a some foam mats, blankets, loads of food and water, and rent a storage closet in Canada…it’s cheap and secluded.
Have you thought about Alaska? I Googled, “secluded Alaskan honeymoons” and saw a lot of options you can look through. I went there a few summers ago and I loved it. So if you’re wanting your honeymoon to be in the spring, summer, early fall, then I think this would be a fantastic place.
Denali National Park is a must visit if you get the chance. When I was there I remember how peaceful it was. Maybe you can find a honeymoon suite at a hotel in that area. A plus is that you won’t have to get a passport to go because you’re still in the US, just not the continental part!
Well you can always come to where I live….Hawaii!! Theres lots of deals on air fare and hotel stays. If you want secluded the Big Island, Lanai’i, and North coast of Oahu are great options….
if you don’t want to do hawaii why not an island off the US east coast. There are several off of the coast of georgia. Most are only accessed by ferry and some don’t have cars on them. Just walking and biking. Heres some info:

unfortunately as i myself am finding out 2K really is not going to get you much unless you go to like a mountain resort up in the cascades and Rocky’s.
with the way the economy is going everything is sky high, i would suggest Sandals resorts, they are very beautiful and are for couples only and if you watch the site they will have like 55% off or 50% where you can get a full inclusive vacation for like $4k

you can also type in all inclusive vacations.. or maybe even a nice cruise.. they do have small cruise ships that do like Mexico or Alaska. but Alaska and Hawaii you are looking at alot of money. Bahama and the carribian are pretty inexpensive. and if you live near the ports for those area’s they can run about $300 per person to $1K per person and most are all inclusive..except shore excursions
Check out the starfish trelawny resort in jamaica. For 2 people incl. air for sept 13-20 it’s just over $2300 through travelocity. It’s an all inclusive resort (meals and drinks) and while it’s not quite as “posh” as sandals or couples resorts, it might be just what you’re looking for. Bonus- the resort is owned by superclubs, just without the superclubs price tag. (Kind of like The Marriott hotel vs. Fairfield Inn…lol.)
